7 Steps to Connect Fast With Your Higher Self

Each one of us is connected to the Divine. Higher Self, who is within us is far beyond the understanding of our conscious minds.  This is where magic and miracles occur in life.

These are 7 basic steps that will help you connect with the Higher Self:

 

1. Increase your faith and Expectations – morph your views on the world

The first step is to believe in the existence of the Higher Self and establish contact with it. Then you should expect every day to enhance this relationship, while you focus on your inner growth.

Without Belief and Expectation is very difficult to achieve something in life, even on the physical level. For internal growth these two things are essential.

 

2. Seclusion and meditation

Regularly need to spend time for yourself in isolated areas, where you are completely alone. Just sit in a quiet place, without any expectations and doing nothing.

In the beginning, you may feel a little awkward and strange but must continue. Take your time and find a quiet place for you to hear your inner voice. 

 

3. Keep a diary

Every day, write your feelings, emotions, dreams, and ideas in a diary. This will help you achieve closer contact with your inner intuitive depths. You can ask questions to the Higher Self and later record answers or insights you receive.

If you do this regularly with belief and expectation, you will get the answers you need.

 

4. Keep inner dialogue

Regularly make internal dialogue with the Higher Self. Tell your Higher Self, “I know you’re there and I want to meet you. Please start talking to me and guide my life. ”
