Mercury goes retrograde December 3rd and stays that way until the 22nd.  It is during this infamous time that we tend to see mechanical failures and all sorts of missed communications.

Coming at a season of the year when we are all running around trying to meet holiday deadlines, this happens at a most inopportune time.

With that in mind keep receipts and pay attention to travel schedules and be on the lookout for mix-ups. While such snafus are not guaranteed, they are highly likely, so simply be aware and double check your contacts.

As with any retrograde it is not a doom and gloom period, rather simply a time to reflect, review, and perhaps, reconsider and, in that context, the time may be regarded as purposeful.

Elsewhere we continue to feel the strong presence of Sagittarius this week as four influential planets gather there to push us towards adventure and expansion.

Of course with the holidays in our rearview mirror, we may all be a little more expansive than we were a few weeks ago, but the type of broadening will also feel is primarily born of intellectual activity.
