7 of Wands: Valour and The Tower
The world is sometimes a dark and scary place. Many of us are overwhelmed by anxieties. Sometimes these anxieties are imagined but many are very real.
We have a culture of fear, our news cycle is driven by it. Our evolution pushes us to recall the dangerous and disturbing stories out of a desire for protection and safety.
Our lack of action is also driven by fear. We often don’t do anything to change out of fear of not knowing what to do. The message for this week is very connected to these ideas.
The 7 of Wands or Valour, is about courage. It is about feeling your fears and doing it anyway. It is about both the acknowledgment of our limitations and pushing past them regardless.
What are you afraid of? What is holding you back? How can you both recognize the fear and proceed forward?
Do not let the fear you experience hold you back. Remember, if you didn’t feel fear courage would not be needed.
The Tower is supporting this energy as well this week. This card calls us to cut out the unhealthy aspects of our life and our world. If we don’t, some things might start to crumble on their own.
The Tower is a high energy card. It indicates a powerful time when you are seeing things for how they truly are.
The eye at the top of the card represents the all-seeing eye, sometimes referred to as the third eye. You will be able to tap into your own third eye and see life with new clarity.
Really question the narratives of the world and of your life. The Tower is calling us to examine how we view things and the lies we tell ourselves.
The theme of this card is truth and it is extremely powerful. The Tower wants us to focus on the truth above all else. It wants us to be vigilant in our truth-finding and cut out any falseness in our lives.
We are all worthy of so much more but we can convince ourselves it is too hard. The Tower is not going to stand for those beliefs any longer. So start shedding those thoughts as soon as possible.
We need a strong foundation in which to move forward, so how can make the ground secure?
How can we start building a new more truthful and positive future?
Take some time to think about the courage and truth it takes to change things.
How can you use the gift of courage and truth to shift something in your life or world this week? What needs you to stand up and speak with clarity and conviction?
You have all the bravery and honesty inside of you to move mountains. If you embrace these cards, you will move much closer to where you want to be.
