Happiness is not something you can find in someone else. Happiness must come within. You have to create it for yourself.

4. We are all connected on an energetic level.
We are all connected with every living thing on this planet. This world is a part of us. We are all one, as you go about your journey the prominence of this will become hard to ignore.
5. Worrying does not good for anyone.
Worrying only creates stress and stress is the rawest form of negative energy. The more you worry the more upset you become. While feeling something is important you need to know that if you cannot do anything about it you should not be obsessing over it.
6. Time is an illusion.
Yesterday has passed and tomorrow is not promised. Today, right now, is all we have. Being as mindful as possible is crucial in this life. Being in the moment will have a drastic impact on your experience here in this world.
