- After you’ve held it for 5 seconds, give it a 3-second rest.
- Repeat this simple process for several minutes.
- After repeating these treatments several times a day, over the next few days, your pain should gradually decrease.
Thumb

Index Finger

Middle Finger

Fleshy Part of Palm
