Things change. But life doesn’t stop for anyone. It will not halt if you spend one day inside in your PJs with a nice cup of coffee or ice cream or a good book. Always being the superhero is not important. Being free from the clutches of anxiety is.
Taurus (April 20th to May 21st)
Nothing matters more to you than being safe and secure, both in terms of other relationships and with yourself. You get anxious when that sense of stability is out of your life in some way. You get anxious when you are unable to meet deadlines. You get anxious when you fail to meet someone on time.
You get anxious if someone makes you feel like you are not good enough. You get anxious when you really upset someone. Basically, all such things deprive that sense of stability and security from your life. It will all work out, eventually. You need to remind yourself this time and again.
Overthinking about such things will just make it worse than they actually in your head. So, take a chill pill and go with the flow.
Gemini (May 22nd to June 21st)
The reason you tend to become anxious when you do is because you have a high tendency to take the little things in life too seriously. Despite your cheery nature, you become upbeat about certain stuff way too fast. What you need is to calm your mind and not form permanent feelings and emotions about temporary things.

Cancer (June 22nd to July 22nd)

Being in control is your thing. You set defined goals and you go for it. Losing track of things on that way fills you up with anxiety. You get restless when you do not stay behind the wheel even for a short time. That makes you lose sight of your plan, the way you wish to handle things and leads to a sense of anxiety taking over. Virgo (August 23rd to September 22nd)
Overthinking is what almost always triggers your anxiety. If Virgos were paid for every time they overthink, they would be the richest people on the planet. You are known to be ideal perfectionists. When things do not go according to plan, you start to overthink about its consequences.
Analyzing then over-analyzing about it keeps on building up on that anxiety for you. So all in all, you are your own worst enemy. You overthink most decisions, which freaks yours out mostly. You need to trust more that things will be okay because always assuming the worst is just no good.
Libra (September 23rd to October 22nd)
Justice means the most to you in life, no matter what it is. If you feel a sense of injustice even a bit, it really stresses you out. Most of the times, what triggers anxiety for you is your high tendency to overthink about the pros and cons of people and situations way more than you ought to, instead of acting in the moment and just going with the flow.
You have to realize that sometimes, all you need is the air you breathe to feel and live in the moment, not to sit on things for a long time going through all the different scenarios in your head. Over Complicating things is never helpful anyway.
Scorpio (October 23rd to November 22nd)
As much as you like to be a daredevil, you still want your peace and quiet. Not having enough of that privacy or quiet triggers anxious feelings in your mind. You need your space to recharge and be in more tune with your inner self so you hate it when people do not give you that.
It makes you feel nervous and tense. What really tick you off the most, in the end, is when others do not respect your boundaries. Give yourself time as well as others. If that does not help as much, be clear to them and go find your own peace and quiet corner. After all, you deserve it.
Sagittarius (November 23rd to December 21st)
You are your own person; being spontaneous is all you live for. Therefore, living up to others’ standards, being controlled and conforming to society stresses you out way more than people realize. You dislike it a lot being told how to act, behave or dress.

Capricorn (December 22nd to January 20th)
You yourself are the cause of your anxiety. Being a workaholic, you put way too much pressure on yourself and set a lot of strict deadlines… for yourself. And if you don’t meet them, you feel really frustrated and that is what triggers the anxiety. What you need to do is stop thinking about the “what ifs.”
If you do not learn to live in the now, you will not remember what it felt like to be present or how good something felt, something in the present. After all, time waits for no one.
Aquarius (January 21st to February 18th)
You like to keep it cool. In a world filled with so many complications, the everyday routines of getting things done will not allow you to do that. Therefore, you devise your own methods and resolutions to get things done. And if things do not go your way you then you get very anxiety over it.
For you to get back on the path you have set for yourself, you make some changes around, try to clarify things and you get stressed by time, as is the case when you know you cannot control everything You try to do too much in too little time. So what you have to remind yourself every now and then is that you need to slow down, relax and deal with things one at a time.
Rushing them will not help. Sometimes things will not go your way at all, but that does not mean it is not right or is not going to work out.

Being shy is one of the major traits about a Pisces. They sure are smart, witty, humorous and highly creative but getting it all out in the open is not always the course you wish to take; the idea of that makes you feel quite uncomfortable.
