I spoke to Mecca Woods, an NYC-based astrologer and owner of MyLifeCreated.com, to learn more about how your zodiac sign can influence your dating life. “Tailoring a date to your Sun sign makes sense because it complements your best self, and that’s the self you ALWAYS want to bring to a date,” Woods tells Bustle. If you’re out of creative ideas and have a date coming up, read on to find out what kind of date you should plan according to your sign.

Aries (March 21 – April 19)

Woods describes Aries as “active, sporty, physical, [and] competitive,” so on your next date, try an outdoor activity that will get you and your partner moving.

If you want a more chill atmosphere, find a park to hike through and pack a picnic. If you’re feeling extra feisty, play a game of pickup basketball or frisbee to get the competitive juices flowing. Trash talk can be surprisingly hot.
