We are also going to be guided to release and let go of attachments and the way we want life to be, and instead embrace the way life is unfolding for us.
In the Southern Hemisphere, creativity and the energy of “birth” is going to be high. New ideas will be bubbling forward and perhaps there will be a lot of inspirational energy that will help push us forward with creative ideas, dreams and wishes. The energy of nature is always healing and can represent clues as to where we should be heading.
The Universe always speaks to us through nature, so it is important to observe how you feel and how the energy of the Equinox is guiding you. Every soul is different, and every soul has a different journey, so pay attention to what feels right to you. Many years ago, the Equinox was considered to be a highly sacred and potent time of change, but now most of us tend to disregard the amazing transformation and change of our external environment.
This Equinox comes as a reminder that we all change and that transformation is natural and a normal part of life. If the trees resisted the shedding process, they would not be prepared for what is to come. If the flower resisted to bloom, they would never know the fullness of their own beauty.
Just the same, we have to trust that whatever we release and whatever we feel called to bloom, will only be preparing us for what is ahead. The Equinox also comes at the same time that the Sun will shift into the energy of Libra. Libra represents a highly creative time where beauty, joy and aesthetics are highlighted. Libra is also all about partnerships and being able to balance energies.
No matter where you live, learning how to balance your energy is going to be important around the Equinox time. As the ancient poet Rumi says- “life is a balance between holding on and letting go”, and this is perfectly fitting for the energy of this Equinox.
